6-Week 1:1 Support • For widows who feel stuck

Find life after loss…
while keeping them in your heart.

If grief has you feeling foggy, stuck, or like you don’t recognize yourself anymore, this is a simple, supportive place to start.

You don’t have to do this alone. For the next 6 weeks, you’ll have a steady guide, a plan for the week, and a safe place to say what you really think and feel — without being “fixed” or rushed.

Not sure which button to choose? Book the call. If you already know you want in, start now.

This is for you if…

  • You’re tired of pretending you’re “fine.”
  • You feel invisible — like the world moved on and you didn’t.
  • You’re overwhelmed by emotions (or you feel numb and that scares you).
  • You don’t know what you need… you just know you can’t keep doing it this way.
  • You want support that’s tailored to your situation — not generic advice.

Important: I’m a coach (not a therapist). This is supportive coaching with tools, structure, and encouragement. If you’re in crisis or feel unsafe, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line right away.

WHY THIS FEELS SO HARD

Grief isn’t something you “get over.”

It changes you — and it can make everyday life feel confusing. One minute you’re functioning, the next minute you’re not. People mean well, but they don’t get it. And the pressure to “move on” can make you feel even more alone.

WHAT YOU MIGHT BE SAYING

“I don’t know who I am without them.”
“I’m tired of being strong.”
“I can’t shut my brain off.”
“Part of me wants to move forward… and part of me feels guilty.”

WHAT WE DO IN 6 WEEKS

We make grief feel less confusing. We focus on what you’re struggling with right now. And we create steady, doable steps so you can breathe again — without forcing you to be “over it.”

THE OFFER

6 weeks of 1:1 support — tailored to you.

This is intentionally simple. You’ll meet with me weekly, and between sessions you’ll have a clear focus — not a pile of worksheets you’ll never use.

Week-by-week clarity

Each session starts with what happened in real life this week, what felt hard, and what you need most right now.

Tools that match your grief

We work with your emotions (even the messy ones) and use practical tools to make them feel more manageable.

Doable steps (no pressure)

Small steps add up. You’ll leave each session with a plan you can actually follow — even on low-energy days.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

  • 6 private 1:1 coaching sessions (weekly)
  • Simple weekly “homework” (nothing time-consuming)
  • Support for the exact situations you’re facing (family, anniversaries, loneliness, decision fatigue, etc.)
  • A path forward that respects your grief and your pace

THE STRATEGY

This is your stepping stone.

Many people don’t need a “big program” on day one. They need support, structure, and someone who understands. These 6 weeks help you get grounded — and if you want ongoing support after, we’ll talk about the best next step for you.

Resilient doesn’t mean “fine.” It means you keep going — even when it’s heavy. We’ll do this one week at a time.

ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Cindy.

I’m a certified grief doula and coach. I’m also a widow — and I know what it’s like to try to hold it together for everyone else. My job isn’t to rush you or talk you out of your feelings. It’s to help you understand your grief, feel less alone in it, and take the next baby step forward.

If you’ve been carrying this quietly… this is your invitation to get support.

READY?

Let’s make the next 6 weeks easier to carry.

If you want to talk first, book the free 20-minute call. If you already know you want in, you can start now.

No pressure. Just the next right step.

FAQ

Common questions

What if I don’t know what I need yet?

That’s normal. We’ll start with what feels hardest right now, and we’ll build from there. You don’t need the “perfect” goal to begin.

Is this therapy?

No. This is coaching and grief support. I’m not diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. If you’re currently in crisis or need clinical care, I’ll encourage you to seek the right professional support.

What happens in a typical session?

We start with what happened this week and what’s weighing on you. Then we choose one clear focus, work through it together, and you leave with a simple plan for the week.

What if I’m worried about guilt — like moving forward means forgetting them?

We’ll talk about that directly. Moving forward doesn’t erase love. We’ll find a way to honor them while also taking care of you.

What if I’m too busy or too tired?

This is built for real life. The steps are small and realistic, and the goal is to make things feel more manageable — not to add another burden.
