Here’s what may be making grief feel hardest right now

For many women, it comes down to one of three things: feeling stuck, feeling overwhelmed, or feeling like they’ve lost part of who they are.

Grief does not affect everyone the same way.

For some people, the hardest part is feeling stuck and not knowing what to do next. For others, it is the emotional waves that seem to hit out of nowhere. And for many, it is the quiet question underneath all of it:

Who am I now?

If any of that sounds familiar, there is nothing wrong with you.

It makes sense. And it does not mean you have to figure everything out all at once.

What helps most right now

The next step is usually not some huge life overhaul.

It is usually one small, honest step:

  • Understanding what feels hardest right now
  • Giving yourself more support around that
  • Focusing on what matters next instead of trying to solve everything at once

That is where things start to shift.
